• Related professional services as may be offered from time to time

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Representations and Warranties

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a U.S. Person as defined in Section 2
• You are not accessing our services from within the United States
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will comply with all applicable international and local laws

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, designs, graphics, and other materials provided through our services are the exclusive property of SNAPDRAGON ENTERPRISES LLC or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNAPDRAGON ENTERPRISES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SNAPDRAGON ENTERPRISES LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration proceedings to take place in Wyoming.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or misrepresentation of your eligibility to use our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
